Burn Body Fat Fast With The Friend Of Good Nutrition ("Fatty" Foods)

Fats maintain hormonal balance, keep blood sugar under control, and prevent cravings, and burn body fat fast.

So what foods are the BEST fatty foods?

According to Mike Geary, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, there are 7 fatty foods that burn body fat as follows:
  1. Super Dark Chocolate (which ones to buy)
  2. Coconut milk, coconut flour, and coconut oil (coconut flour is excellent for baking, but you can't use it alone)
  3. Grass-fed (pasture-raised) butter
  4. Whole Eggs, including the yolk (not just egg whites)
  5. Grass-fed beef or bison (quality of the the meat is dependent on the animal's health)
  6. Avocados
  7. Nuts (why raw is better than roasted)
You absolutely need "fatty" foods in your diet to burn body fat fast.
