Mind Body Fitness - Yoga And The Power Of NOW

The Second Yoga Class . . .
was just as revealing as the first one. Despite having issues with staying in a few balancing poses, the breathing exercises, meditation, and some of the poses themselves maintained the so-called mind body connection.

At the same time, you can feel your mind body fitness level ratcheting upwards one bit at a time.

In The Power Of Now, Eckhart Tolle talks about periods of quiet and "no thoughts" achieved through breathing and body awareness. You may never know what he's talking about until you experience it through yoga led by an experienced instructor.
