Design Your Own Fitness Workouts Using New Rules of Lifting for Life

Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove released a new book in their series called New Rules of Lifting (NROL). It's entitled New Rules of Lifting for Life. It guides you through the creation of your own comprehensive workouts program including the following:
Core Exercises
Power Exercises
Strength Training
Metabolic (Interval) Training

In effect, you become your own personal fitness trainer.
