Boomer or ZOOMER? ZOOMING into Your Senior Years!

Zoomer Boomer E-book and T-shirt: "Stop Acting Your Age, Start Living Your Life" (Youth'n Book Series, Volume 4)
If you are a baby boomer (born between 1946 and 1964), you might ask yourself - Boomer or ZOOMER?

Dr. David Demko defines a ZOOMER as a
Boomer with zip.

Really, a ZOOMER is a person who refuses to believe "It's tough to get old." According to Dr. Demko, he/she thinks and stays healthy physically, emotionally,  and mentally by:

* Knowing the difference between primary (inevitable) and secondary (reversible) aging.
* Monitoring inherited health risks and practices preventive health care.
* Performing daily exercise (aerobics for endurance, anaerobics for strength, and neurobics for brain power).
* Calculating daily nutritional and caloric needs based on age, gender, and weight.
* Orchestrating a social support system of companions, close friends, and a confidante.
* Enjoying a positive self-concept, and a passion for living life to the fullest.
* Achieving the resources necessary to live an adventurous life thanks to sound retirement planning.
